Upon final payment receipt, all custom design files, bespoke codebases, and brand assets developed specifically for the client transfer to the client as sole property. Novex Design Solutions LLC retains the right to showcase non-confidential project visuals in agency portfolios for promotional purposes.

5. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Novex Design Solutions LLC, its officers, or employees be liable for any indirect, consequential, incidental, or special damages arising out of or in connection with website downtime, third-party server failures, or search engine algorithm updates beyond our reasonable control.
